Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop cloud-native software systems that are resilient, secure, fast, easy to manage, and scalable.
  • •Adopt suitable software architecture design and contribute analysis and solutions to meet business requirements.
  • •Optimize performance of complex systems and create structured, testable, lightweight code in Java or other suitable programming languages.
  • •Work with business users for support and development queries; collaborate with IT infrastructure, IT application teams, and external vendors as needed.
  • •Supervise production system issue rectification with minimal business disruption and provide development effort estimates from design documents.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on development experience building global software products from zero to one.
  • •Strong experience across frontend and backend development of a technology product.
  • •Strong knowledge of Agile development and DevOps tooling (e.g., Confluence, JIRA, Selenium, JMeter, Jenkins).
  • •Extensive relevant experience, with wealth management or investment IT functions preferred.
  • •Comfort working in ambiguous environments with aggressive timelines; strong relationship-building and partnership skills.
