Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute webinars, digital panels, workshops, and other online experiences.
  • •Manage webinar logistics including timelines, registration, speaker coordination, audience communications, platform setup, run-of-show documentation, and post-event follow-up.
  • •Support ABM program execution through account-list coordination, campaign logistics, meeting preparation, outreach support, attendee/account follow-up, and program documentation.
  • •Coordinate field marketing and in-person event activities with stakeholders aligned to account priorities and pipeline goals.
  • •Maintain event calendars, project plans, budgets, trackers, vendor communications, and program documentation; support performance tracking and reporting.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, ABM, webinar production, program coordination, marketing operations, sales, or a related role.
  • •Experience supporting webinars, virtual events, field marketing programs, or in-person events.
  • •Exposure to account-based marketing concepts and sales-aligned marketing execution.
  • •Strong organizational and project-management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, including maintaining trackers, documentation, calendars, and budgets.
