Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Lead engineering design, analysis, and project management duties on transportation projects, including geometric studies and plan production
•Use CADD tools (Microstation/OpenRoads) for complex roadway design tasks
•Manage design tasks, identify changes and risks, and ensure QA/QC
•Provide guidance to junior team members and work with minimal supervision
•Collaborate with engineers, planners, and infrastructure authorities on Federal/State/local projects and support proposal writing and client meetings

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
•Five (5) years of professional experience
•Professional Engineering registration in the State of Indiana, or ability to obtain within 6 months through reciprocity
