Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently, including courteous customer interaction.
  • •Prepare trucks for loading/unloading, including sampling, loosening nuts, opening hatches, and attaching/detaching hoses.
  • •Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy/light-duty machinery; control and monitor load-out functions.
  • •Operate automated scale/dump systems and perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance and inspections (e.g., lubrication, checking for seeps and leaks).
  • •Maintain inventory quality and keep work areas clean, safe, and orderly, including grounds/warehouse tasks and reporting safety concerns or maintenance needs.
