Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership for the accounting function for allocated Aerospace EMEA sites, ensuring accurate US GAAP and local GAAP numbers and compliance.
  • •Own closing, accounting, and reporting for allocated sites in line with operational reporting timetables.
  • •Maintain the control environment and adherence to Eaton policies, US GAAP, SOX, and local statutory/tax compliance requirements.
  • •Drive optimization by standardizing, simplifying, and automating financial processes with Controllership, COEs, and Operations.
  • •Manage and develop a team of finance professionals and support strategic projects, audits, and cost-effective operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Accounting/Finance; Master's Degree (professional qualification) preferred.
  • •10+ years of relevant experience in Accounting and Finance.

  • •Fluent business English; fluency in one or more local country languages desirable.
