Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to generate insights and recommendations across risk and operations (Fraud, Collections, Underwriting, KYC).
  • •Apply advanced statistical techniques, predictive modelling, and AI/ML methods to develop practical, scalable analytics solutions.
  • •Identify emerging business issues and translate them into analytics use cases with clear methodology and measurable outcomes.
  • •Manage end-to-end delivery of analytics initiatives, including solution design, validation, performance tracking, and impact assessment.
  • •Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to implement analytics/AI solutions and define performance measurement frameworks.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree (or above) in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data/Information Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Strong track record extracting insights from large datasets using machine learning/AI techniques.
  • •Hands-on experience with Python, SQL/BigQuery, and visualization tools (Tableau or QlikSense), plus experience working in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • •Experience in risk-related domains such as Fraud, Collections, Underwriting, or KYC is an advantage.
  • •Strong communication skills to explain complex analysis clearly and influence decisions across stakeholders.
