Job Summary

Join our luxury retail team as an Associate Manager, responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience, building strong client relationships, and driving sales through outstanding service. You will lead by example, coach store associates, manage daily operations, and collaborate to achieve sales KPIs while upholding brand standards and delivering world-class client service.

Key Responsibilities

•Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics inclusive of conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
•Display a good sense of initiative, able to plan and prioritize, display strategic thinking, and champion change in an effective manner. Take pride in work and strive for excellence. Take responsibility for performance and complete all assigned tasks and meet deadlines.
•Train and develop store associates through consistent coaching and roleplay; monitor and assist the Store Manager with training and development and quarterly goal setting.
•Provide coaching and feedback to team; foster a 360-degree coaching culture and openness to feedback from supervisors, peers and team.
•Communicate effectively with clients and teammates; promote the organization’s business goals and adapt flexibly to change; collaborate to ensure a superior client experience.
