Job Summary

Build and grow Barracuda MSP channel partnerships across DACH by recruiting net-new MSPs, developing relationships, and qualifying partners for strategic fit and growth potential. Attend and host MSP community events, execute marketing-led recruitment campaigns, and present the platform value proposition. Support onboarding and early enablement, help partners with trials and initial use cases, and maintain pipeline, activity tracking, and reporting in Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, target, and recruit net-new MSP partners across DACH.
•Build visibility and credibility within the MSP community across the region.
•Attend and host MSP events and execute partner recruitment campaigns.
•Contact prospective MSPs via marketing-nurtured leads, outbound outreach, and distributor introductions.
•Maintain accurate pipeline, activity tracking, and reporting in Salesforce, supporting onboarding and early enablement.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 2 years' experience in an MSP-focused sales role (vendor or directly within an MSP).
•Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience across channel, partner, MSP, or distribution roles.
•Strong understanding of MSPs, including business models, values, and growth drivers.
•Experience working in the IT channel, ideally vendor-to-MSP or distributor-to-MSP.
•Proven ability to recruit partners and use Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
