Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead mechanical and thermal architecture for next-generation data center infrastructure and high-density rack-scale networking solutions from concept through deployment.
  • •Provide technical leadership across cross-functional engineering teams to develop air- and liquid-cooled platforms balancing performance, reliability, serviceability, manufacturability, and total cost of ownership.
  • •Define and guide complex mechanical system/assembly design using advanced CAD, simulation, and engineering analysis tools, including FEA and thermal modeling.
  • •Evaluate emerging technologies, materials, cooling methodologies, and rack-level architectures, translating requirements into product roadmaps and differentiated solutions.
  • •Drive collaboration across suppliers and engineering organizations to resolve technical challenges and ensure successful execution from concept through high-volume production.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 164,000 - 226,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of electro-mechanical product development experience, leading complex systems from architecture definition through production deployment.
  • •Deep expertise in air- and liquid-cooling technologies, including rack-level thermal solutions for high-density networking/data center infrastructure.
  • •Expert proficiency with Creo, SolidWorks, or equivalent 3D CAD tools for designing sheet metal structures, plastics, die-cast components, and large-scale assemblies.
  • •Strong system-level understanding of mechanical, thermal, manufacturability, reliability, serviceability, and cost tradeoffs to drive architecture decisions across disciplines.
