Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform financial modeling and comparable company and transaction analyses for leveraged buyout and other valuation work.
  • •Draft key information memoranda and marketing/transaction-related documents for active and prospective engagements.
  • •Support team members with new business ideas, pitch strategies, and transaction structuring scenarios aligned to client objectives.
  • •Develop and assemble pitch/business origination materials and presentations for delivery of engagements.
  • •Contribute to coverage across CM&A groups (Industry Coverage, Leveraged Capital Markets, M&A, and Equity Capital Markets) as aligned by office and group availability.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, graduating between Winter 2026 and Spring 2027.
  • •Minimum GPA of 3.2 (preferred cumulative GPA of 3.5) and include your cumulative GPA on your resume.
  • •Relevant work experience, leadership experience, and coursework in Finance, Accounting, or Economics are preferred (all majors will be considered).
  • •Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
