Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding, supply chain, and logistics (air, ocean, road, customs clearance).
  • •Reactivate dormant clients and expand existing accounts to additional locations.
  • •Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline using direct customer contact, networking, and market research.
  • •Conduct consultative sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close opportunities.
  • •Meet sales targets, prepare forecasts/budgets/development plans, and manage opportunities/accounts in CRM with regular reporting and onboarding support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • •5–10 years of successful sales experience in freight forwarding, supply chain, or logistics with knowledge of air, ocean, road, and customs clearance.
  • •Proven ability to build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline and consistently achieve targets.
  • •Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM experience (Sales Force preferred).
