Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee enterprise software and services support, including requirements validation, training guide development, and enterprise communication efforts.
  • •Validate software license agreements and coordinate execution of responsibilities across supported enterprise software vendors.
  • •Set strategic direction for identifying and evaluating emerging technologies and oversee license usage reporting, lifecycle forecasting, and deactivation workflows.
  • •Lead systems engineering priorities across integration efforts, documentation reviews, and technical issue analysis while driving agile execution and sprint commitments.
  • •Manage VMware/Broadcom and Microsoft lifecycle operations (including SCOUT platform and customer support), ensuring compliance, accurate reporting, and cybersecurity governance requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field plus 4 years of experience; alternatively 8 years related experience in enterprise software management, systems engineering, or software licensing operations.
  • •Experience leading technical teams and coordinating complex software environments.
  • •Strong understanding of enterprise software lifecycle management, system integration, and cybersecurity frameworks.
  • •Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and familiarity with DoD and DON compliance requirements, including RMF and ATO processes.
