Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in data science or applied ML, including product analytics or user behavior modeling.
  • •Applied research ability and translating emerging AI advances into practical product and measurement innovations (LLMs, agentic systems, MCP, tool-use frameworks, RAG).
  • •Experience with AI evaluation for AI/agentic systems, including offline/online evaluation, LLM-as-a-Judge, human-in-the-loop, and measuring non-deterministic outputs.
  • •Deep experience with predictive modeling (e.g., classification, survival analysis, sequence models, or LTV/propensity frameworks).
  • •Ability to define metrics/measurement frameworks for new product spaces and communicate modeling work to product and business stakeholders at the executive level.
