Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on selected products at customer sites.
  • •Investigate and resolve basic technical problems with available knowledge.
  • •Prepare assigned service jobs according to the FSE Handbook and follow up on actions and promises made to customers.
  • •Write service reports on site and obtain the customer’s signature; update service execution IT systems with relevant information.
  • •Capture installed base on site, communicate sales leads, proactively recommend additional spare parts, and execute services in service centers as required.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and willingness to work outdoors (over 80% traveling).
  • •Experience with high-speed separators and decanter centrifuge machines.
  • •Experience in Brewing, Wastewater, Mining, Rendering, or Oil & Gas applications.
  • •Preferred minimum 2–3 years’ experience in field service engineer.
  • •Junior college degree (or equivalent).
