Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent Global IT in the Greater China Region, advise regional leadership, and ensure collaboration with Global IT functions.
  • •Ensure IT service delivery and user experience, including availability/performance, SLA KPI monitoring, maintenance activities, and incident/problem backlog management.
  • •Oversee regional IT projects: plan resources, monitor progress and deviations (costs, deadlines, quality), coordinate communications, and support cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Manage people and team operations: recruitment support, onboarding, skills development, succession planning, setting objectives/KPIs, performance feedback, and task allocation.
  • •Handle governance and business operations for the domain, including budget development/reporting, contract/supplier compliance, audits/risk support, documentation, and alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 3 years of proven experience in similar roles.
