Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement cost control procedures and systems to monitor expenditures against budget constraints.
  • •Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to establish project budgets, cost forecasts, and expenditure plans.
  • •Perform detailed cost estimation and analysis for components, materials, labor, and overhead expenses.
  • •Track and analyze project costs to identify variances and trends, and prepare regular cost reports and presentations.
  • •Review invoices, evaluate change orders and variations for cost/timeline impact, and implement value engineering and cost-saving initiatives; support HSE initiatives and incident reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years working experience, including 5 years relevant experience in cost control/cost estimation.
  • •Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and cost estimation methodologies to identify variances and trends.
  • •Experience implementing and monitoring cost control procedures, systems, budgets, forecasts, and expenditure plans.
  • •Familiarity with contract management, including reviewing contracts, change orders, and vendor agreements to ensure cost compliance.
  • •ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills, plus ability to use cost control software/tools (e.g., Primavera, Procore) and analyze data in spreadsheets/databases.
