•Plan morning briefings, monitor performance indicators, and implement development plans to meet targets.
•Collaborate with store management and HR to identify training needs and promote a high-performance retail culture.

Key Requirements

•At least 6 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity.
•Perfect mastering of Italian, very good level English; French or a third language is an advantage.
•Strong leadership with international and luxury fashion retail experience.
•Proficient with Excel / IT tools.
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer service oriented.
