Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee proposition governance and ensure compliance with Business Unit policies and guidelines.
  • •Assess and approve product development pipelines in line with BU framework and BUR requirements.
  • •Provide feedback to local businesses on governance and determine when propositions require BU approval.
  • •Define and monitor policies and guidelines for proposition development and management; coordinate inputs for pipeline processes.
  • •Monitor product profitability and support pricing and financial viability through the Profitability Review.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in proposition governance and product management within insurance or financial services.
  • •Ability to review and influence product development pipelines and pricing strategies.
  • •Strong stakeholder management across Business Units and corporate governance.
  • •Experience in assessing risks, guarantees, and suitability within proposition frameworks.
  • •Analytical mindset with ability to monitor profitability and KPIs across propositions.
