Drives the performance of a major proposition or a portfolio of propositions with various degrees of complexity. Accountable for proposition success in the marketplace. Recommends strategy, develops and implements plans based on prioritized proposition development opportunities, typically within a Business Division, Region, or Customer Segment.

•Oversee proposition governance and ensure compliance with Business Unit policies and guidelines.
•Assess and approve product development pipelines in line with BU framework and BUR requirements.
•Provide feedback to local businesses on governance and determine when propositions require BU approval.
•Define and monitor policies and guidelines for proposition development and management; coordinate inputs for pipeline processes.
•Monitor product profitability and support pricing and financial viability through the Profitability Review.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in proposition governance and product management within insurance or financial services.
•Ability to review and influence product development pipelines and pricing strategies.
•Strong stakeholder management across Business Units and corporate governance.
•Experience in assessing risks, guarantees, and suitability within proposition frameworks.
•Analytical mindset with ability to monitor profitability and KPIs across propositions.
