Key Responsibilities

•Communicating with project team members and coordinating project tasks, events, and meetings.
•Maintaining project-related documentation and preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
•Developing and maintaining spreadsheets and databases for tracking project progress and finances.
•Assisting project managers in achieving financial performance targets and supporting invoicing/payment tracking.
•Building strong client relationships and providing site support as needed while ensuring governance and reporting requirements are met.

Key Requirements

•Experience in business administration, finance, or customer service, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy team environment.
•Proficiency in using spreadsheets and databases, with strong Microsoft Office skills.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, plus strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
