Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the project manager to develop mechanical project plans and schedules, and coordinate MEP mechanical activities with electrical and plumbing disciplines.
  • •Lead and supervise mechanical technicians and contractors, allocating tasks and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • •Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting), ensuring compliance with specifications, codes, and regulations.
  • •Enforce safety protocols through regular safety meetings/inspections, and support HSE initiatives including safety awareness and incident reporting.
  • •Coordinate with procurement for material/equipment delivery, manage inventory, maintain installation/testing records, prepare progress reports, resolve mechanical issues, and monitor mechanical-related costs.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years working experience with 3 years in relevant mechanical roles, and 2 years GCC experience as a plus.
  • •Proficient technical knowledge of building systems engineering and assembly for mechanical systems and Low Voltage related systems.
  • •Knowledge of time management and the use of computers and building management tools.
  • •Professional understanding of contracts development and administration.
  • •Ability to manage client relationships professionally.
