Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, including scaling the organization from 8 to 11 members over time.
  • •Own enterprise onboarding and customer adoption strategy for deployments exceeding 1,000 vehicles, including developing scalable implementation frameworks and governance models.
  • •Serve as executive sponsor for strategic customer relationships and facilitate executive business reviews tied to measurable outcomes such as ROI, fleet performance, safety improvements, and roadmap alignment.
  • •Translate operational, telematics, safety, and AI-generated insights into executive-level recommendations, including building dashboards and KPI frameworks for customer health and ROI.
  • •Drive operational excellence by improving success methodologies and processes, partnering cross-functionally to reduce risk events/escalations, and owning retention, renewal, adoption/utilization, and expansion metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of customer success, account management, consulting, professional services, operations, or related customer-facing experience.
  • •10+ years leading Customer Success/Account Management/Professional Services or post-sales organizations, including experience managing teams of 8–12 direct reports.
  • •Proven success supporting Fortune 1000 and large enterprise customers, including complex deployments involving 1,000+ vehicles/assets/endpoints.
  • •Experience partnering directly with C-suite and executive leadership teams.
  • •Strong financial, operational, and business acumen with exceptional executive presence, communication, and data storytelling; Bachelor's degree required.
