Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead execution of strategic business transformation and AI initiatives to deliver growth, scale, and resiliency.
  • •Drive complex initiatives across multiple disciplines, including defining plans, roadmaps, milestones, and OKRs.
  • •Facilitate stakeholder workshops to discover and prioritize needs and solutions.
  • •Establish governance and communication protocols; own program reporting and escalations through working groups and steering committees.
  • •Monitor progress against milestones and outcomes, anticipate risks/issues, and drive mitigation actions and course correction.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5+ years independently leading and managing teams to deliver transformation initiatives using a consultative approach.
  • •15+ years of overall experience, including end-to-end program management, change, and value delivery in matrixed organizations.
  • •Management consulting experience with exposure to asset management, wealth management, or asset servicing industries.
  • •Experience interviewing and facilitating discovery/design/planning workshops.
  • •Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and project planning, plus experience leveraging Co-Pilot/other enterprise-enabled AI tools; PowerBI knowledge is a plus.
