Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and evolve design system components across iOS, Android, and web so teams ship consistent, accessible, high-craft UI.
  • •Own and extend the design token architecture and automate the Figma-to-code pipeline to sync tokens into each platform’s codebase.
  • •Partner daily with product designers to review specs and redlines, pressure-test component APIs and naming, and close gaps between Figma and code.
  • •Raise quality with accessibility by default, dark mode, RTL, haptics, and snapshot/visual regression testing informed by component telemetry.
  • •Create and maintain tooling (e.g., Figma plugins, code connect, component playgrounds, snapshot galleries) that keeps design and engineering aligned.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software engineering experience building user-facing products.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Shipped production UI on at least two platforms: iOS (Swift/SwiftUI), Android (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose), and web (React/TypeScript).
  • •Hands-on experience building or maintaining a design system, including component libraries, design tokens, versioning, migration strategies, and API design.
  • •Strong collaboration with product designers, working in Figma and defining component behavior, variants, properties, and auto layout.
