Key Responsibilities

  • •Own our existing Manager Seminars from end-to-end. Gather feedback, update content, and ensure learning is practical and aligned with Lemonade leadership practices.
  • •Partner with Manager Partners to identify skill gaps and design learning experiences focusing on organizational change management, AI-human team dynamics, and coaching in remote/hybrid environments.
  • •Utilize diverse formats (self-paced learning, live seminars, toolkits, one-page resources) to meet managers where they are.
  • •Design content such as templates, conversation guides, and reflection prompts for day-to-day use in meetings and workflows.
  • •Build spaces for peer-to-peer learning (cohort discussions, live seminars, office hours) to showcase great management and drive growth.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in learning design, leadership development, or management training
