Key Responsibilities

•Own our existing Manager Seminars from end-to-end. Gather feedback, update content, and ensure learning is practical and aligned with Lemonade leadership practices.
•Partner with Manager Partners to identify skill gaps and design learning experiences focusing on organizational change management, AI-human team dynamics, and coaching in remote/hybrid environments.
•Utilize diverse formats (self-paced learning, live seminars, toolkits, one-page resources) to meet managers where they are.
•Design content such as templates, conversation guides, and reflection prompts for day-to-day use in meetings and workflows.
•Build spaces for peer-to-peer learning (cohort discussions, live seminars, office hours) to showcase great management and drive growth.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in learning design, leadership development, or management training
•Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
•Ability to design practical, immediately useful content that managers can apply right away
•Experience with learning management systems, content creation tools, and data analysis for measuring learning impact
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for translating leadership concepts into actionable tools
