Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and/or draw CAD deliverables per Wood CAD standards to align drawings with project objectives.
  • •Work with project engineers to ensure drawing integrity, updates, and consistency.
  • •Assign CAD design tasks to project team members and support the discipline coordinator in determining talent requirements.
  • •Provide technical guidance and mentor new talent; contribute to the knowledge base and lessons learned.
  • •Execute other responsibilities as assigned by supervisor and ensure compliance with company procedures and asset usage.

Key Requirements

  • •Technician/Technologist in Design with 5+ years of experience in Oil & Gas engineering projects.
  • •Proficiency with SmartPlant, AutoCAD, Navisworks and Revit.
  • •Experience drafting foundations and metal structures for pipe racks and multi-level equipment supports.
  • •Ability to develop 3D models using Smart Plan.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office.
