Key Responsibilities

  • •Visually inspect containers and lids to ensure products meet quality standards; set aside substandard items.
  • •Work with Leads and alert Mold Tech and Supervisor of quality issues or reject conditions.
  • •Assemble and package products by installing gaskets, flame containers/lids when required, and stacking/packing per instructions.
  • •Prepare and maintain product identification/packaging labels and accurately complete required paperwork.
  • •Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area and assist with material handling and other assigned tasks during production interruptions.

  • •Keep up with fast-paced production cycles and maintain consistent attention to detail.

  • •Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
  • •Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours per shift) and lift/carry up to 40 lbs.
