Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team of Compliance Managers and act as a key advisor on regulatory matters.
  • •Anticipate, analyse, and help the business respond to regulatory and legislative change across EMEA.
  • •Translate regulatory expectations into clear business requirements, policies, and procedures.
  • •Coordinate and maintain core elements of Aon’s Compliance framework, including registers and sign-offs.
  • •Prepare and review materials for regulators and senior partners, boards, and committees; align policies, training, and documentation across EMEA.

Key Requirements

  • •Solid experience in compliance, regulatory, or risk roles, ideally within financial services and/or EU regulatory frameworks.
  • •Proven ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements in a commercial environment.
  • •Leadership experience managing or coaching professionals in a matrix or international setting.
  • •Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex issues for stakeholders.
  • •A proactive, structured, and collaborative working style with high integrity and comfort handling confidential information.
