Job Summary

Serve as the go-to Frontify product expert for customer pitches and evaluations across EMEA & RoW. Deliver technical consultations, tailored demos, and solution designs that improve customer value and help convert opportunities with Sales and Customer Success. Advise on integrations and extensibility (APIs/SDK, plugins, workflows), capture feedback to influence product strategy, and support scalable enablement content with Product Marketing and Product Management.

•Advise internal teams on Frontify platform capabilities, best practices, and creative solutions for customer use cases.
•Partner with Sales and Customer Success to deliver technical consultations, support evaluations, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
•Position Frontify with tailored demonstrations and solution design that maximize customer value.
•Advise customers and internal teams on integrating Frontify with tools such as Figma, Adobe InDesign, CMS platforms, automation tools, and other technologies.
•Deepen expertise in Frontify APIs, SDK, and extensibility; capture customer feedback to influence product strategy and future development.

Key Requirements

•Ability to quickly master new products and technical concepts and become a trusted expert for guidance.
•Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe InDesign, Make.com, or n8n; experience with APIs or SDKs is a plus.
•Fluent English communication, with additional languages as a plus.
