Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify opportunities to drive sales productivity and effectiveness through technology, data, and process improvement.
  • •Manage the product roadmap, prioritization, release planning, and delivery of Salesforce features supporting business processes and technologies.
  • •Serve as a senior business analyst in complex technical projects, overseeing requirements gathering, research, testing, deployment, documentation, training, and user enablement.
  • •Manage and track risks, blockers, issues, and bugs to ensure timely resolution and measurable outcomes.
  • •Advance CRM analytics, develop and execute test cases and UAT plans, maintain CRM process documentation, and facilitate end-user training sessions with CRM leads and power users.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of increasing responsibility in business analysis, product management, data analysis, system administration, solution architecture, or business intelligence.
  • •Deep Salesforce expertise (or translatable CRM platform experience) including admin/user setup, security, role hierarchy, permissions, objects/fields, workflows, approvals, formulas, queues, assignment rules, and data management.
  • •Experience managing and/or implementing end-to-end Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and familiarity with Sales, Marketing, or Commercial processes, including lead-to-cash processes.
  • •Strong quantitative analysis skills, including advanced Excel knowledge, plus the ability to troubleshoot, identify root causes, and solve complex problems.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience) and experience leading complex projects with change management.
