Subject Matter Expert – Cleanliness (m/f/d) for the semiconductor industry

Define and verify cleanliness requirements across component and system levels for semiconductor manufacturing. Lead foundational cleanliness research and benchmarking by evaluating materials, coatings, and surface treatments to reduce outgassing and particle generation. Establish design-for-cleanliness specifications, guide geometry/material choices, and develop verification methods for clean-state compliance during NPI and engineering builds. Serve as the R&D counterpart to Operations, collaborating with engineers and suppliers to ensure continuity from design through serial production.
