Store Supervisor (Full time 40h)

Support the store leadership team by translating commercial priorities into day-to-day actions on the shop floor. Drive store performance through daily and weekly sales targets, KPI monitoring, and team feedback. Lead by example to deliver exceptional one-to-one customer service, coach and develop Stylists, and help manage store operations including stock, admin, payroll, and rotas while maintaining brand standards.
