Senior Manager - Emergency Operations

Lead the Avangrid emergency management program for electric and natural gas utilities, ensuring an effective, coordinated response that protects service to customers and operations. Manage a jurisdictional Emergency Operations team, develop plans/SOPs/checklists for all hazards, and support trainings, exercises, and subject-matter guidance during actual events. Serve as a lead for regulatory interactions, mutual assistance coordination, and liaison with officials, utilities, and stakeholders.
