Key Responsibilities

  • •Design new motor platforms based on product definition direction and support the motor mechanical team to create 3D models quickly.
  • •Complete engineering deliverables including Windchill documentation, motor BOM, CATIA drawings, and SAP system records.
  • •Partner with global design centers to develop new electrical components.
  • •Review global electrical structure document changes and drive updates toward production readiness.
  • •Work with suppliers to develop new components, optimize designs for manufacturing processes, and push for process iterations and upgrades aligned to new design direction.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in mechanical engineering or an equivalent field.
  • •5+ years of working experience in power tools or similar industries, including new product design and motor mechanical design capability.
  • •Strong skills in 2D/3D design software such as CATIA, Pro/E, or UG (CATIA preferred), with good spatial thinking and fast model-building from new ideas.
  • •Good communication skills and teamwork ability, including solid English for global conference calls.
  • •Strong practical ability, responsibility, and capability to study and apply new knowledge.
