Job Summary

Own the end-to-end lifecycle for business origination capabilities, partnering with cross-functional teams to turn small-business customer needs into actionable product requirements and solutions. Lead delivery and enhancements for digital deposit and lending origination experiences using data to guide decisions, improve processes, and strengthen the Retail banker and client journey. Support product discovery, agile execution (backlog, UAT, defect triage), and performance analysis to drive continuous improvement.

•Translate business goals and customer needs into actionable product requirements and solutions to drive business outcomes.
•Partner with cross-functional teams to support Business Originations delivery and enhancements.
•Conduct product discovery activities such as user research, usability testing, and gathering/analyzing customer insights.
•Manage product artifacts including user stories, product backlogs, agile ceremonies, and support UAT/defect triage.
•Monitor and analyze product performance using qualitative and quantitative data, and coordinate with technology, operations, risk, compliance, and vendors to implement improvements.

Salary: USD 69,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in digital business and/or product development.
•Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, information systems management or equivalent (preferred), or equivalent experience (required).
•Experience working in a collaborative, Agile, and data-driven environment.
•Working knowledge and appreciation for user-centered design and digital user experience.
•Ability to translate business goals and customer needs into actionable product requirements and solutions.
