Rental Coordinator

Coordinate the end-to-end rental experience using EquipmentShare’s proprietary T3 technology. Respond to inbound leads, guide customers through the rental process, and build relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Maintain existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction, resolve inquiries and issues promptly, and develop sales strategies that grow market share and improve the customer experience.
