  • •Shape the roadmap for core capabilities that power the next generation of AI agents from first concept to launch.
  • •Work closely with customers to uncover new ways AI can transform their workflows, unlock automation, and elevate customer experience.
  • •Translate breakthrough ideas into clear product specs, then partner with engineering and design to bring them to life.
  • •Own the roadmap for a major product area and partner with customers and internal teams to deliver features that make the platform powerful, flexible, and enterprise-ready.
  • •You’ll partner closely with engineering, design, sales, agent product managers and leadership to ensure the core platform meets customer needs.
