Operations Manager

Lead the Coventry site operations, driving quality and productivity improvements while managing costs and contractual KPIs. Deliver operational excellence through process implementation, compliance and continuous improvement, while leading a team of direct and indirect reports and coordinating with QEHS, Finance and customer operations to ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
