Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, influence, and encourage the sales team to meet sales goals and market share in line with company policies and ethics.
  • •Develop team vision, mobilize the team, and ensure everyone reaches their targets through supervision, motivation, and monitoring.
  • •Attract, develop, and retain talented team members; coach and develop individual skills and performance.
  • •Prepare monthly cycle plans and ensure the team executes planned sales calls in assigned territory with defined call frequency and coverage.
  • •Build strategic partnerships with KOLs/customers, collaborate with marketing to develop sales tactics and promotional materials, and manage daily/weekly/monthly reporting and records.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical field.
  • •English and Arabic language proficiency is required.
  • •High business and commercial acumen with strategic, analytical skills.
  • •Excellent coaching, training, monitoring, and leadership capabilities.
