Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve agreed sales goals and market share in Iraq. Key Responsibilities

•Lead, influence, and encourage the sales team to meet sales goals and market share in line with company policies and ethics.
•Develop team vision, mobilize the team, and ensure everyone reaches their targets through supervision, motivation, and monitoring.
•Attract, develop, and retain talented team members; coach and develop individual skills and performance.
•Prepare monthly cycle plans and ensure the team executes planned sales calls in assigned territory with defined call frequency and coverage.
•Build strategic partnerships with KOLs/customers, collaborate with marketing to develop sales tactics and promotional materials, and manage daily/weekly/monthly reporting and records.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical field.
•English and Arabic language proficiency is required.
•High business and commercial acumen with strategic, analytical skills.
•Excellent coaching, training, monitoring, and leadership capabilities.
