Key Responsibilities

  • •Own validation and tuning of power functionality and targets, collaborating with manufacturing and customer engineering to enable production.
  • •Develop deep expertise in existing and new power features for AMD products.
  • •Build relationships and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Mentor junior team members and guide them through the planning and execution phases of post-silicon power attainment and optimization efforts.
  • •Location-based collaboration with Penang teams and cross-site coordination with Austin and Shanghai.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: MYR 158,200 - 226,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • •Experience in x86, ARM, or GPU hardware development with power/performance validation and optimization
  • •Experience leading post-silicon validation and tuning efforts
  • •Experience analyzing data using Excel, Python, PowerBI, Sigma, or similar tools
  • •Ability to work in a matrixed, multi-site organization spanning multiple countries/time zones
