Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement communication strategies that support ATI business goals and promote ATI as a leader in aerospace, defense, and specialty energy.
  • •Drive business unit strategy through communications, embedded on the SA&C lead team.
  • •Create and distribute written and video content to proactively tell the company’s story across all channels.
  • •Support ATI’s digital and social media presence and engage employees as ATI ambassadors.
  • •Protect ATI’s reputation through proactive crisis management and community relations; collaborate on change leadership communications and assess channel effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

  • •Strong writing and creative video skills, with experience building communications channels across digital, social, face-to-face, and print.
  • •Experience implementing social media strategies and video production (shooting, directing, and editing).
