Key Responsibilities

  • •Proctor a computerized knowledge-based exam and objectively observe and score candidates’ clinical skills during the CNA exam.
  • •Prepare and run test events by monitoring rosters, ensuring sites are set up and cleaned up, and maintaining Prometric policies and practices.
  • •Verify identification, greet examinees, and manage the testing environment to support candidate flow during written and practical exams.
  • •Protect exam content and ensure candidate experience quality, including rebooting workstations and resetting passwords as needed.
  • •Resolve candidate issues or escalate occurrences outside company guidelines; coordinate candidate rosters and maintain appointment schedules.
Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

  • •Registered Nurses with active and unrestricted licenses in the state of operation.
  • •1+ year of experience in long-term care or experience caring for the chronically ill of any age.
  • •Intermediate to advanced technical skills with computer programs and applications (including MS Office, Outlook, and web browsing).
  • •Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to troubleshoot problems independently.
  • •Must have a valid drivers license and vehicle to travel; ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
