Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet or exceed assigned sales goals through outside sales activities (more than 80% of time).
  • •Build, develop, and maintain profitable lending and deposit relationships with COIs and clients.
  • •Consult with clients and prospects to understand home lending and business goals and promote appropriate U.S. Bancorp products and services.
  • •Develop and manage custom sales and marketing plans tailored to client situations (less than 20% of time).
  • •Ensure compliance with ethics, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security, and suspicious activity reporting requirements.

Key Requirements
