Key Responsibilities

  • •Own production planning and execution oversight for space hardware.
  • •Coordinate with programs and support functions to optimize hardware production pipelines and deliveries.
  • •Plan required resources and build cross-functional teams to execute design, development, and delivery.
  • •Perform capacity and throughput analysis across critical/shared resources and manage cost, schedule, technical, and risk.
  • •Develop and maintain Earned Value baselines; run project startup/close-out and document lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in an engineering discipline.
