Senior Vice President, Unscripted Content

Lead the full lifecycle of NBC’s unscripted programming, setting creative and operational strategy from development through production, post-production, and launch. Own the development pipeline for pitches, pilots, and franchise planning, while identifying emerging talent and trends. Oversee production and post production to align with creative vision, budgets, schedules, and quality standards, and serve as a senior liaison to studios, talent, and internal partners. Mentor and develop the Unscripted team.
