•Join the HFC community as part of an interdisciplinary network of innovators and thought leaders advancing frontier AI across domains.
•Co-author technical reports and research papers with Scale’s research team to boost academic visibility and professional recognition (e.g., SciPredict, PropensityBench, Professional Reasoning Benchmark).
•Engage in the review process of AI applications and contribute to research publications.
•Contribute to research publications and collaborations that advance responsible AI through meaningful, flexible research and training.

•5+ years of software engineering or related technical experience, or equivalent domain expertise through academic work (e.g. PhD, postdoctoral research, or faculty experience in Computer Science or related field).
