Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and govern Concur’s change management policy and governance for product and engineering teams.
  • •Develop change management audit controls, test strategy, and evidence collection aligned to PCI DSS, FedRAMP, and related compliance programs.
  • •Communicate change management policy regularly to product and engineering teams to drive understanding and adoption.
  • •Facilitate change advisory boards (CABs) in collaboration with product and engineering leadership.
  • •Oversee planned change activities in alignment with release cadences and business operating rhythms.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent education).
  • •Many years of software product, project, or program management experience.
  • •Experience with security frameworks including PCI DSS, FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, and 22301.
  • •Experience with basic scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell), SQL queries, Jira, and GitHub (highly desired).
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, including translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
