Job Summary

Manage actuarial valuation projects end-to-end, including data collection, analysis, valuation processes, actuarial report preparation, and coordination with clients and auditors. Partner closely with clients and senior consultants to build long-term relationships, analyze client and market data, and deliver practical insights. Lead market studies and benchmarking for employee benefits programs, coordinate employee benefits surveys, and support non-valuation engagements across provident fund, benefits reviews, and financial wellbeing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage actuarial valuation projects end-to-end, including data collection, analysis, valuation processes, actuarial report preparation, and coordination with clients and auditors.
•Build and maintain long-term client relationships by working closely with clients and senior consultants to ensure high client satisfaction.
•Analyze and interpret client and market data to deliver high-quality, practical solutions.
•Conduct client-specific market studies, benchmarking, and employee benefits program analysis.
•Coordinate employee benefits surveys and support non-valuation engagements and related initiatives with senior consultants.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
•Prior experience in financial services or a related global consulting firm is preferred.
•Fluency in Thai and strong proficiency in English.
•Strong analytical, logical, and structured thinking skills with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
•Basic programming knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
