Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage highly sensitive, confidential information with discretion.
  • •Review incoming mail/email, prioritize and summarize content, and process replies using executive directives.
  • •Draft, proof, edit, and finalize correspondence including email and other documents.
  • •Plan logistics for domestic and international trips, including itineraries, agendas, directions, backup materials, and timely expense reports.
  • •Manage and monitor executives’ calendars, anticipate conflicts, and schedule/coordinate meetings and executive events with proper logistics and coordination.

Salary: USD 65,000 - 120,000 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, with a college degree.
  • •Ability to manage complex, fluid calendars supporting multiple senior executives simultaneously.
  • •Previous experience in asset management, private wealth management, or investment banking at a top-tier financial institution.
  • •Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), including producing/editing spreadsheets and presentations.
  • •Excellent written, verbal, research, and diplomatic communication skills with strong attention to detail.
