Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and lead assigned commercial risk accounts, working with Associate Account Executives to deliver on client needs.
  • •Coordinate all account activity, including client requests, policy changes, additions, deletions, renewals, and cancellations.
  • •Initiate and lead the 120-day renewal process with the Broking Team, including preparing and presenting renewal reports and reviewing final policy documentation.
  • •Review contracts, policies, endorsements, cover notes, and certificates of insurance to ensure accuracy and alignment with client requirements and underwriting considerations.
  • •Support clients on significant claims issues by liaising with internal claims resources as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of commercial insurance experience focused on commercial risk, working as a producer/trusted advisor to clients.
  • •Strong client relationship skills, including the ability to engage senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
  • •Proven experience leading account lifecycles, including renewals, documentation review, and coordination with broking and claims teams.
  • •Ability to analyze contracts and insurance requirements, anticipate underwriting issues, and provide clear guidance to clients and colleagues.
  • •University degree (or equivalent) preferred; RIBO license required; CIP, FCIP and/or CRM preferred or in progress.
