Coordinate end-to-end fulfillment operations by resolving customer tickets and escalated orders in partnership with warehouse, customer support, and account management teams. Lead special projects such as inventory counts, kitting, and relabeling, while optimizing resolution processes and providing timely SLA/status updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Resolve customer tickets and escalated orders by coordinating activities with warehouse teams, including fulfillment, inventory, storage, and delivery.
•Serve as a liaison between customer support, warehouse, and account management teams to address customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
•Lead project management for special warehouse projects such as inventory counts, kitting, and relabeling.
•Organize, prioritize, and route ticket-resolution tasks to the right partners within internal teams.
•Provide timely updates (SLA, progress reports, escalations) and manage omnichannel communications with merchants and customers.

Salary: 55,000 - 65,000 annually
